Meine erste „Großküchenerfahrung“ bei Ximena und Hans in Ibarra

Ich bin Stolz

Vor drei Jahren war ich noch überfordert mit der Zubereitung eines Spiegeleis. Heute zu Beginn des Generalstreiks in Ecuador, am 27. Juni 22, konnte ich meine Fortschritte zeigen. Mir ist es gelungen, für 15 Overlander (internationale Camper) sächsische Rindsrouladen mit grünen Klößen und Rotkohl zuzubereiten. Danke auch meiner Freundin Elisabeth, die mich hier nicht allein gelassen hat.
